This luxury row house apartment was completed in December 2010. Located near the Vuokatti skislopes. Floor area 110 m². On the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sauna (electric heating), washroom / hydro massage bath, toilet, household room with toilet. Upstairs; 2 bedrooms, loft, toilet, shower. Terrace. Dvd/Blyray player. Equipment for a baby: travel bed and canvas chair. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, Katinkulta Spa 2,5 km. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. No pets allowed. The apartment has a whirlpool bath and we ask you consider the water consumption when using it. Adequacy of hot water cannot be guaranteed if the whirlpool is filled with hot water and the showers are used simultaneously for a long time. All apartments have a common geothermal system / water heating system, so the use of hot water should be limited, especially in the evening and during the high season. If the hot water tank runs out of hot water, it will be heated by the geothermal system over a period of time.
