Single-family house, built in 1967. 1 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km.

Location Description Fanø

Large, well-known bathing resort with 3'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 10 km west from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Legeland Indoor playground 2 km, Skovlegeplads Forest playground 9 km, nature reserve. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Esbjerg 5 km. Car ferry Nordby Fanø - Esbjerg 10 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 15 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Der Mietpreis des Hauses steht in keinem Verhältnis zum abgewohnten Zustand des Hauses. Mit einem Erfahrungsschatz von über 50 gemieteten Häusern auf Fanø fällt dieses unter die Top 3 der schlechtesten Häuser.

Huset LOKE har brug for nøgle løft på forskellige små områder. Rengøringen er ikke ret god. Der er snavs og spindelvæv i alle hjørner i skab under vask og vinduer er længe siden de blev pudset. Eksempelvis trænger svaber i badeværelse til fornyelse, hvilket kunne også gøre det lettere for gæsterne selv få pudse nogle af vinduerne. Der er desuden en tagrende, som må renses, idet vi oplevede at vandet stod ind via vinduesrammen til venstre for chartollet trods vinduet var lukket. Ellers er det et dejligt hus med personlighed som vi har lejet gentagne gange første gang i 1999. Vi kommer også igen næste sommer 2024. Tak for i år.

Das Ferienhaus war das Schönste, welches wir je in Dänemark hatten. Mittelpunkt des Hauses bildet der große Tisch in der Küche. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das Haust ist mit schönen Möbel ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit den typisch dänischen Betten eingerichtet, was total in Ordnung ist. Uns haben die bemängelten fehlenden Rollos für die Oberlichter überhaupt nicht fehlt, im Hochsommer ist es nun mal sehr spät dunkel und früh hell. das sollte man generell wissen. Ansonsten gab es für die Schlafzimmerfenster Rollos. Durchgeregnet hat es auch nicht. Das Bad ist klein aber fein. Man sieht im ganzen Haus, dass die Eigentümer das Haus selbst nutzen. Die persönliche Note macht das Haus sehr hygge. Das Grundstück ist schön separat gelegen und die Terrasse ist quasi nicht einsehbar. Durch die Ausrichtung des Hauses war es mit Sonnenschein sehr warm im Haus, so dass keine Heizung gebraucht wurde. Der Kamin hat zusätzlich ordentlich Wärme ins Haus gebracht. Wir haben das Haus für nächstes Jahr Oktober wieder gebucht.

Vi har holdt ferie i LOKE fra 1998-2003 indtil vi selv købte sommerhus på Fanø. I år 2022 kom vi igen og huset ligner sig selv privat indrettet lukket baghave op til plantagen og ja vi kommer igen næste år har lige booket en uge i sensommeren 2023.

Für kleine Kinder nicht sonderlich geeignet. Die Zimmer kann man nicht abdunkeln mit den vorhandenen Rollos! Die Fenster direkt unterm Dach, haben keine Rollos und können nicht verdunkelt werden. Es war bis spät abends taghell in den Zimmern. Das Zimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer, hat zum Wohnzimmer gar keine Scheiben oben drin, somit ist die Lautstärke dort auch hoch. An drei Stellen hat es durch das Dach geregnet. Die Lage ist aber sehr schön und man kann abends und morgens Fasane und Rehe direkt im Garten beobachten. Direkt über den Hügel hinweg, ist ein Bunker.
