Single-family house, built in 2009. 200 m from the sea. Private: property 850 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Sydals

Complex, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in the countryside, 135 km south-west from Fredericia, 205 km south-east from Århus. In Hørup 5 - 20 km: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre at 10 - 25 km. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 25 km. Sights Kegenæs Lighthouse 10 km, Kids' club Danfoss Universe 20 km.

Summer

All watersports available in 5 - 15 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water. Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland. Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.

Vi havde en kanon ferie i et lækkert hus, som ligger tæt på stranden. Vi mødte endda ejerne som var utrolig venlige og imødekommende. Var også heldige at snakke flere gange med en af naboerne. Utrolig venlig. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Wir hatten ein schönen Urlaub und das Haus war sehr schön. Das optimale Sommerhaus,da es nur 200 m vom Strand entfernt ist. Was uns aber gefehlt hat, war die Wärmepumpe, obwohl sie in der Beschreibung stand.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Ferienhaus, genau wie auf den Fotos im internet zu sehen war. Wir haben dort einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Et rigtigt lækkert og anbefalelsesværdigt sommerhus med nem adgang ned til stranden. Skovmosen er et hyggeligt sommerhus område 20min kørsel fra Sønderborg centrum.
