Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 100 cm with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 14 people (including a cot). 2 extra beds for a 15th or 16th person are possible for a fee. The deposit will be collected in cash by the landlord and transferred after departure.

Ski-region Spieljoch+Hochfügen-Hochziller, total of 43 lifts. Total 99 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 40 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Hintertuxer Gletscher at 47 km. Guaranteed snow well into April because of Hochfuegen's elevated ski resort. Unique apres ski in Fuegen. TIP: you will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Vybavení velmi staré, ale čisté. Ze 4 kuchyní je jen 1 vybavená nádobím. Z 5 manželských postelí jsou 3 dvojlůžka široká jen 140cm, což je pro dva dospělé nepohodlné, špatné matrace. Teplá voda v kuchyni téměř netekla, až ke konci pobytu jsme zjistili, že je přivřený přívodní kohout pod dřezem. Slabé osvětlení v celém domě. Na části 3. patra (ložnice, sprcha, vstup) se nedá chodit vzpřímeně, velmi nízké stropy. Špatná komunikace s majitelkou, neochota, kauci požaduje hotově, ale vrací na účet.

The farmhouse features traditional Austrian architecture, and the lighting reflects its historical style.

Unser Aufenthalt im Landhaus Hussl war rundum zufriedenstellend. Die größe des Hauses hat für unsere 14-köpfige Gruppe gut gepasst. Die Aufenthaltsräume und Küchen waren ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings wirkten einige Möbel etwas veraltet. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungen Aufenthalt.

Das Ferienhaus ist an für sich schön, aber es bedarf unbedingt einiger Sanierungen. Die Betten sind teilweise durchgelegen. Die Wohnung in der oberen Etage ist nur etwas für kleine Menschen aufgrund der niedrigen Deckenhöhe. Die Einrichtung ist relativ lieblos gehalten. Es fehlte ebenfalls ein Toilettendeckel. Am Störendsten waren allerdings die Heizungs- bzw. Wassergeräusche - jedesmal wenn das Wasser lief, gab es ein unangenehmes Pfeifen im Haus. Auch nachts störten die Geräusche der Heizung.

Když zaplatíme celé zařízení tak by mělo být jedno zda nás přijede 6 nebo 14 ( samozřejmě kromě poplatku) nechápu proč jsou potom některé pokoje zamčené ( nebo tedy chápu ... nechce to nikdo uklízet) ale pokud chtějí plnou cenu za objekt tak by mělo být k dispozici vše. Hrozné osvětlení místností ... jako bludičky ... někde pro jistotu žádné ... chybí záchodové prkýnko ... ke kvalitě postelí se radši ani nevyjadřuji... Zatím nejhorší ubytování co jsme přes interhome měli. Ale jinak dovolená supr

Thank you for the review. Some mattresses have recently been replaced, although we recommend guests to report such issues on the spot for better improvements where necessary. The Toilet lid is now installed. The house is rustic and a bit darker, more lights with stronger bulbs will be installed as soon as possible. The noise of the heater is now Fixed as well.

Prima vakantiehuis met een heel mooie landelijke ligging. Wij verbleven hier met 14 personen en 2 kleintjes. Ruime woning met een landelijke ligging. De weg ernaar toe is wel behoorlijk steil en met sneeuw heb je zeker sneeuwkettingen nodig. Goede verwarming. De warmwatervoorziening om te douchen liet soms wat te wensen over. De woning is niet super modern maar dat heeft ook weer zijn charme.

Viel erg tegen. Bedden slecht. Stoelen hard. Bovenste etage kon je niet rechtop staan. Geknield douchen. Echt, het is schandalig dat men dit als volwaardige etage verhuurd. De eerste dagen was er weinig warm water en deed de verwarming het ook niet goed. Het is een oude bedoening, met meubilair dat achterhaald is. Badkamers ook oud. Wij komen al ruim 20 jaar in Zillertal, nog nooit zo’n slecht huis gehad!!!!

vele voorzieningen maar het is gedateerd, maar acceptabel gezien de prijs die je ervoor betaald. prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Stijle wegen om er te komen maar prima te doen. Wifi tegen betaling van 20 euro voor gehele gezelschap.

das Haus ist gut gelegen, von der wirklich großzügigen Terrasse bester Blick ins Zillertaler Bergpanorama. Bäder und Toiletten im Stiel der 70-er Jahre und überwiegend ohne Schlüssel. Küche gut ausgestattet. Doch der Abfluss war schon bei Ankunft verstopft und die Wirtsleute haben es nicht geschafft ihn zu reparieren. (Heuernte). Betten teilweise mit schlechten, durch gelegenen Matratzen.
