Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates) with 1 sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Smoke alarm. Saeco fully automatic coffee machine and filter coffee machine available.

Aschau: House in the heart of the ski area and the Zillertal hiking trails. Comfortable working farm "Annelies". Above Aschau, in the district of Tiefenbach 2.5 km from the centre of Aschau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen 4.5 km, Zillertal Arena 6 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. Theme park 4 km. Ski trail to Aschau 200 m. Ski bus to the ski area Hochzillertal to Aschau. Return home by the ski slope.

Each village has retained its own characteristics but they are all connected by 5 steam railway Zillertal. Welcoming people is unparalleled. The region of Zillertal- Mitte (centre) is made up of pretty villages of Aschau, Ried, Kaltenbach, Uderns and Stumm. Small, cosy holiday centre, 50 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. We absolutely loved our stay here! The drive up the hill was something to get used to, but it was fine after a few trips. The location is stunning, the view is different every time you look out the window. We loved sitting on the balcony. The layout is great, and in the Kitchen area there was everything we needed to cook for everyone. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. THEY HAVE THE BEST HONEY!

- Bad zu klein - Im Kühlschrank fehlten teilweise Ablagefächer Verbesserung des Internets (WLan) wäre auch gut ! Bedingt durch die Nähe des Kuhstalls doch viele Fliegen in jedem Zimmer. ( trotz Winter ) Bei der Anfahrt zum Haus über enge Serbentine( 3 Km)sollte man Angst und Schwindelfrei sein .

Prima etage voor 7 of 8 personen. Fijne indeling, met ruime woonkeuken. Vaatwasser, koffiemachine, oven aanwezig. Badkamer is wel erg klein, met een wastafel en douchecabine. Wifi was niet heel goed. De buitenkant van de woning heeft een metamorfose onderdaan. Het donkere hout is nu licht. Toen we aankwamen stonden we bij het verkeerde huis ;-). Huis ligt ca 2,5 km vanuit het dorp de berg op. Centraal geleden voor allerlei uitstapjes in het Zillertal. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
