Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave). Bath/shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.

For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Supermarket 280 m, restaurant 300 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 550 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Waidring" 550 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 500 m, riding stable 2 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Steinplatte 1 km, Almenwelt Lofer 10 km, Hahnenkamm/Kitzbühel 27 km. Hiking paths: PillerseeTal, Kitzbüheler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Steinplatte. “Grander” water is available in the house.

781 m a.s.l. >>Waidring is situated in a wide valley between Steinplatte and the Loferer Steinberge and at the crossroads of three regions: Tirol-Salzburg-Bavaria. Waidring is part of the valley of Lake Piller and Kitzbühel Alps and is a true eldorado for families and active holidaymakers. On the agenda: breathtaking nature, recreation games, children's programs with day care. Small, cosy resort with 1'938 inhabitants, 110 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 km. Kids' club Pillerseetal St. Jakob im Haus 12 m.

Summer

Bathing lake. Canoeing, river rafting, canyoning. Tennis. Riding. Fishing (permit required). 1 mountain lift, hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Steinplatte/Winklmoosalm, total of 13 lifts. 1 cableway, 7 chair lifts. Total 45 km ski runs, snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school. 25 km cross country ski tracks in the region, high altidude pistes, winter walking paths 30 km. 2 toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Natural ice rink, curling. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Fieberbrunn, Kitzbühel. Ski trails of all difficulties and carefully prepared, modern equipment, snow guns guaranteed in the package from November to April, modern chairlifts and especially the sun. Indeed, the ski area located at the intersection of 3 regions is on a high plateau that enjoys sunshine. In short: some ice, lots of snow!

Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en super schoon. Eigenaren waren hele lieve mensen die alles voor je doen om maar een mooie vakantie te hebben. Alle benodigde faciliteiten liggen op loop afstand en zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en keren zeker nogmaals terug.

Miejscowość bardzo urokliwa. Bardzo mili i pomocni Gospodarze. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania atrakcyjnych miejsc jak np. Salzburg, Ellmau, Insbruck, muzeum Svarowski'ego, wodospady Krimml i wielu innych. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Blisko sklep, kawiarnia itp. Wiele możliwych tras do pieszych górskich wędrówek. Dodatkową pomocą przy zwiedzaniu okolicy jest Pillersee card. Nasz pobyt był w okresie letnim i zamierzamy tu wrócić.

Die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wirklich wunderschön. Nach 1 Woche gab es einen Handtuchwechsel! Die Waschmaschine ist ein Pluspunkt und es gibt eine tolle Abstellkammer in der Küche Einiges an Zubehör ist vor Ort (leider kein Obstmesser) Leider waren das Bett (viel zu weich) und auch die Couch (auf denen die Kinder geschlafen haben) sehr unbequem. Der Vermieter geht die Wohnung, wenn man diese verlassen hat und die Fenster nicht geschlossen sind. Wohl wegen des Wetters. Absolutes NoGo
