"Entalhof", 3-room apartment 75 m2, on the top floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 small room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. With sloping ceilings kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. One dog is welcome to the owners during the summer season. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the winter season. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Hopfgarten i.Br. Abzw Penning" 4.5 km, railway station "Hopfgarten i.Br. Bahnhof" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Salvenaland" 5 km. Golf course (27 hole) 25 km, mountain railway 5 km, ski lift 5 km, ski school 5 km, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track 800 m. Het was een mooie ruime appartement. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 met kinderen 16,14 en 11 jaar.. We hadden een mooi uitzicht en het zag er netjes uit allemaal.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Bis auf die Wohnküche ist sie schon neu ausgestattet. Vor allem ist das Bad und die Toilette auf neustem Stand mit Fußbodenheizung und bodengleicher, riesiger Dusche. Der Balkon ist auch sehr groß und herrlich zum Ausblick genießen. Dort liegt den ganzen Tag die Sonne an. Das einzige Manko ist der Geruch nach Dung im Flur. Dafür kommt man aber preisgünstig an frische Bio- Milch.

Appartamento discreto: Camere ok, bagni insufficienti entrambi senza finestre e bidet. Un bagno con solo wc piccolissimo orribile. Cucina scarsamente attrezzata (frigorifero senza congelatore, poche pentole) e malamente arredata. Pulizia ok.Grosso problema con nido di vespe sul terrazzo. Posizione molto bella posto tranquillo. Famiglia disponibile gentile.

Praktische Unterkunft, sehr ländlich und deshalb sehr ruhig, was sehr schön war. Nette Vermieterin. Leider kein Brötchenservice, wie angegeben. Eier von eigenen Hühnern können erworben werden.

Het is een bovenwoning boven de stal met koeien, voor mensen met allergie is dit niet aan te raden. De wifi was beperkt tot 2 toestellen en dan ook nog slecht. De verhuurder komt regelmatig in de woning als je weg bent. Erg onprettig. Voor de wintersport is het 5 km van de piste af. Om te wandelen is het erg stijl. Er is als huiskamer alleen een keuken waarin dus een keukentafel en een bed(bank). Voor de zomer zou ik dit niet aanbevelen en voor mensen met kleine kinderen al helemaal niet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert und haben uns völlig in Ruhe gelassen. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist relativ klein, aber hat einen eigenen Eingang und war für uns fünf (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) ausreichend. Ungewohnt fanden wir das vom Badezimmer getrennte, sehr enge WC, und auch das Bad ist so klein, dass nur 1 Mensch zugleich darin Platz hat. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Die Kinder waren von der Katze der Vermieter sehr angetan. :)
