"Leonie", 2-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Gries 6 km from Längenfeld: In the house: drying room, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Gries Parkplatz" 49 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 28.4 km. Ski lift 10 m, gondola lift 19 km, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar. The "Aqua Dome" natural thermal baths opened on the 1st October 2004: Austria's most modern wellness world - 50 000 m2 of warm thermal waters from a depth of 1860m offering also children's entertainment, sauna world, restaurant and medical competence centre.

The apartment is located in a wonderful environment. Spacious, tastefully and practically furnished. It is very well equipped, you will find everything you need. There is also enough space for your own things. You can enjoy your coffee or breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. There are several hiking trails next to the house, you can leave your car at the house if you want. P. is kind, polite and always available if you have any questions. Our rating is 10++

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist Top. Vor allem für Famile mit kleinem Kind der Schi lernen will ist es ideral. Die Piste ist über die Strasse. Mittagspause sogar mit Mittagsschlaf kann man an eigenen Zuhanuse machen und nachmittags weiter Schifahren. Langlauf haben wir nicht gemacht aber es schein hier sehr populär zu sein. Die Pisten sind Top. Man kann auch in die hohen Bergen Wandern. Die Hütten sind nur 2 Stunden Wandern entfern. Runter geht es mit Schlitten runter. Abends herscht absolute Ruhe.

Все дуже сподобалося,новий будинок з новими меблями, дуже гарне і спокійне місце. Господарка дуже ввічлива і приємна.Всім рекомендую. Обов'язково поїдемо туди ще. Дітям дуже сподобалося. Оцінюємо на 5+++.

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement. Als we een punt van kritiek moeten geven dan is het over de wc. Deze zit in de douche en is alleen toegankelijk vanuit de slaapkamer. Verder prima ligging en een fijn terras.
