Rustic style, old Tessin. House, built in 1890, renovated in 2006. In the centre of Brione sopra Minusio, in a quiet, sunny position. Motor access to 80 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public car park at 100 m. Shop, grocers 100 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m. Mountain lift 5 km. It is possible to load/unload the car near the house, near the church. Public parking 50 SFR/week. Church very close by.
