3-room house 60 m2 on 3 levels, simple and nice furnishings: living room with satellite-TV and radio. Kitchen (4 hotplates, freezer). Bath/WC. Gas heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 large room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 3nd upper floor (steep stair): 1 room with 2 beds. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The 3rd floor is an attic. The whole house is fineshed with wood. For your disposal: 4 deck chairs, parasol and windscreen for a beach. Usage of electricity is included in price till 100KW. If exceeded has to be paid extra (locally according to counter).

Shop 200 m, shopping centre 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 2 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Riding stables 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
