Climate
Historical resort, on a river, in the countryside, 32 km from Fishguard, 49 km from Carmarthen. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Cardiff (1) 173 km. Castle ruins dating from 1240, the Theatr Mwldan in Bath House Street built in 1858, the remains of the medieval town walls and gates built in 1244. To visit: Cardigan Wildlife park, the beaches and sheltered coves. Fishing, boat trips available to Cardigan Island to view the birds, seals and Soay sheep.
