This region to the north-east of London is where you will find the famous university town of Cambridge set along the banks of the River Cam, Colchester which is the oldest town in England with many well preserved pretty streets old houses and historical buildings and other pretty villages. There are also a number of nice seaside resorts too such as Clacton and Great Yarmouth. This area is extremely flat and is therefore ideal for cycling holidays. The Norfolk broads are a wonderful destination for boating and nature enthusiasts.
