Climate

Bever has remained a typical Engadine village and despite its influence through tourists was able to keep its original face. Bever offers one peace and security, and is therefore a perfect place for families with children. Because of the good bus and railway connections, the ski resorts can easily be reached (Celerina 4 km, St. Moritz 6 km). For the cross country skiers there are well prepared ski-trails in Bever that lead to Spinas in the car free Val Bever as well as the connection to the Engadine Ski-Marathon trails. Bever is a very good starting point for ramblers and mountain bike ways.
