>>Small village. All shops, restaurants etc. in Zvolen 33 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant. Thermal pool at 40 - 50 km. Bánská Bystrica 48 km. Situated at the foot of the "Slovenske rudohori" mountain chain which stretches from central Slovakia 145 km to the East to Kosice and which has much untouched nature on offer. Only 20 km away, Detva is well-known for retaining its folklore (wood-carving, regional costumes, music and dance). Trips: Cernohorska steam train - Cierny balok - 37 km; Kovarova and Sliace thermal baths, 43 km; Viglas - hunting castle at Matyas Korvin, 20 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bratislava (BTS), Wien International (VIE).
