In the "Kujawsko-Pomorskie" distric cosy holiday resort directly by the lake, in an idyllic position, 20 km south-east from Brodnica, 90 km east from Toruń, 185 km north from Warszawa. In the resort: shops. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 20 km. Access: railway station "Brodnica" 20 km. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Warszawa (WAW) 185 km, Gdańsk (GDN) 200 km. Gorzno is situated in the nature reserve "Gorzniensko Lidzbarski" near the splendid lakes of Gorzno, Mlynskie, Wapionka. The nature reserve is divided into 6 parts, for example, the 40-50 m deep "Jar Brynicy" gorge. A famous tree grows very nearby, called the "Oak of Poland" (32 m high and over 6 m circumference). There are 4 nature trails in the reserve. It is an ideal place for nature-lovers due to the park's many hiking paths which go through woods rich with mushrooms and past lakes.
