Climate
Kilkee is a busy seaside resort, situated in west Co. Clare only 87 km from Limerick. The town is popular due to its fine sandy beach, superb cliff top views and many other attractions. There are a number of good restaurants and bars, offering night-time musical entertainment. For those who love sport, there are several golf courses and Waterworld (indoor swimming pool and other water features). Kilkee is also a very good diving centre. Galway 119 km. Rosslare 280 km. Famous summer holiday resort, in the south-western part of the island directly by the sea. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. For arrivals by plane: airport Shannon (77), Cork (192).
