Waterville is situated on the famous, beautiful and unspoiled Ring of Kerry well-known, picturesque bathing centre, in the south-western part of the island directly by the sea. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: harbour Cork harbour 76 km. Kenmare 59 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Cork (1) 166 km, Shannon (2) 191 km. There is an abondance of outdoor activities on offer in the area including: fishing, horse riding, pony trekking, canoeing, sailing, diving. Waterville has an 18 holes Championship golf course. Whilst many tourists visit Waterville each year, the village has managed to remain largely uncommercialised and traditional, an ideal location in which to experience everything the County of Kerry has to offer.
