Eating and Drinking

Eating and Drinking

Typical Czech dishes are hearty and home made: roast pork with dumplings and cabbage, onion soup, and cakes made with fromage blanc or poppy seeds. Soup is usually served with the main course between 11 am and 2 pm. In this country, a meal without soup, is not a real meal. Service is not included in the bill, but is left to the client’s discretion.
