>>Small, quiet bathing resort directly by the lake, 16 km from Siófok. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor pool, thermal pool, wellness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage at 16 - 30 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 3 - 16 km. Access: motorway M7 Siófok - Zamárdi, exit number "Zamárdi" 10 km from Balatonföldvár. Then road 70 Zamárdi - Szántód - Baltonföldvár. Access via a good road. Public parking. Access by train Budapest - Siófok - Nagykanizsa. Railway station in the resort. Harbour Balatonföldvar 1 km. Siófok 16 km. Fonyód 25 km. Kaposvár 80 km. Please note: along the Plattensee there is a railway line not much in use but some houses are close to the line. For arrivals by plane: airport Budapest (BUD) 140 km.
