Paxos is located 8 nautical miles (approx. 15 km) south of Corfu (27 from the town) and occupies a surface area of 20 km2. The whole island is dominated by olive groves. There are a total of 30 small towns with 2400 inhabitants who mainly live there during times of olive oil production, tourism and fishing. Ideal for a peaceful, relaxing stay amidst nature. Boats can be hired locally with which bays can be discovered which are otherwise inaccessible. It is recommended that you travel to Paxos without a car but rent one or a scooter there.
