Well-known city directly by the lake, 25 km from Friedrichshafen, 75 km from Zürich. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Concerts, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor pool. Access: railway station in the resort. Insel Mainau 8 km. Insel Reichenau 5 km. Meersburg 15 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH) 70 km, Friedrichshafen (FDH) 30 km. Constance is the largest city on Lake Constance close to the swiss boarder. Worth a visit, Munsterbau, the old picturesque city, the very new SEALIVE (aquarium). Excursions to various Bodensee islands by boat.
