Small resort, in an idyllic position. All shops, restaurants etc. in Mikulov 10 km. In the resort: grocers, post office, restaurant, bar. Indoor pool at 15 km. Brno 36 km. Vídeň (AT) 80 km. Bratislava (SK) 100 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Wien International (VIE), Brno (BRQ). Romantically positioned town between the pointed ridges of the Palavske vrchy (slopes) with castle ruins of Devin and the extensive water formations of Nove Mlyny amidst the Moravian vineyards. Trips: Dolni Vestonice, 1 km, archaeological museum, place where the Paleotonic mementos were discovered (famous Vestonicka Venuse); Lednicko-Valticky Areal with castles, extensive park gardens and unique garden architecture; numerous wine cellars in the vicinity.
