Climate
Benecko lies 1000 meters above sea level. Benecko belongs to the highest situated villages in the Giant Mountains. Benecko is located on the south slope of Zaly mountain (1036 m above sea level) in the 3rd zone of The Giant Mountains National Park and you will nowhere find more sunny days throughout the year than just in Benecko. Surrounding slopes, forests and meadows offer excellent possibilities for sports doing and recreation – skiing, hiking and relax holiday.
