Climate
Mljet is considered the greanest island of the Adriatic. It is situated on the south of Dalmacija, between the Korkula island and the peninsula of Poljesac and Dubrovnik. A third of the island is a National Park which is on the west part. Two salted lakes, Veliko and Malo Jezero are part of this park whic encludes large pine forests. Ideal place for walking and cycling holidays, cars are runs in limited areas. Several Roman archeological sites. This island is paradise for nature and water sports lovers and everybody in need of relaxation. Ferry services with Trstenik (peninsula Pelijesac) and Dubrovnik, daily ferry services to Dubrovnik.
