Small, family friendly bathing resort with 3'615 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region directly by the sea, situated at the foot Mt.Biokovo, 40 km south from Makarska, 110 km south from Split, 110 km north from Dubrovnik. In the resort: supermarket, butchers, bakers, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, folklore evenings, evening entertainment. Besides: chemist, doctor. Access: motorway A1 Zagreb - Dubrovnik, exit number 28. Then road E65 Brela - Makarska - Gradac. Access by train Zagreb - Split. Bus service. Harbour Split 115 km, harbour Dubrovnik 115 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Split (SPU) 115 km, Dubrovnik (DUB) 115 km.
