Interhome provide clear contract conditions for a successful co-operation. Information regarding our contract conditions.

There are two different types of contract available. The first is where you, as the owner, welcome the holidaymakers yourself and provide the caretaking service or you appoint a keyholder. In this instance, the yearly administration fee charged by Interhome will be deducted from the rental paid to you. A percentage of the rental will also be deducted from your payments. The table below shows the amounts payable.

There is a second type of contract.

When you appoint Interhome as the caretaker, we make an additional charge for the services. The charge varies according to the country, the resort and the type of property. The charges will be deducted from your payments, together with the annual administration charge. Please contact the office closest to your property for details of the amounts payable.
